Because we have developed a relationship over time with this client and their trees, when one of their trees succumbed to a borer attack, I was still able to deem the dead tree safe to climb. I knew the history of the tree.

Whereas if I was seeing the tree for the first time, I wouldn't deem it safe, and the removal would have required cherry pickers and expensive cranes.
