Unfortunately the weight of all that rain on the wattle flowers was too much for this beautiful Acacia 😥

Now to clean it up and chip it into mulch 🌳

The worst thing about having beautiful trees in our yards is seeing them damaged by strong winds, heavy rains and stormy weather.

There has been a lot of Fallen limbs about the place lately. Some are easily cleaned up, but others can remain hanging in trees (what we call 'widow makers' 😳) or come down and do damage to other plants and property.

Periodic tree pruning/maintenance can go a long way in helping to reduce falling limbs during the windy months. But sometimes, it's just unfortunate luck!
